In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on nota4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system) and are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your place of residence to participate in online betting and gaming activities.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the nota4d Platform via a self-exclusion request or been permanently banned following a breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a nota4d employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
6. You maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

nota4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false information in connection with eligibility — including misrepresenting your age or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.

To access nota4d's paid Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. The registration process requires you to supply a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your date of birth. All information provided must be truthful — nota4d reserves the right to verify any detail submitted at registration or at any point thereafter.

One Account per User. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If nota4d detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other means — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, any bonuses cancelled, and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. nota4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify nota4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, nota4d requires identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP), and in some cases a secondary document such as a bank statement or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after being requested will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on nota4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nota4d supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Indonesian local bank transfer channels — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI — and through e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by nota4d. nota4d does not impose deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. nota4d reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals. nota4d targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. This target is not a guarantee and may be affected by payment provider processing delays, security review requirements, or Force Majeure events. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the nota4d Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Conditions. nota4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is unusually large, where account activity has triggered automated risk alerts, or where identity verification has not yet been completed. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory review.

Currency & Conversion. The Platform operates solely in IDR. nota4d does not offer multi-currency conversion services. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform are the sole responsibility of the User.

nota4d may offer a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 or above with a fully registered Account. Bonuses may not be available to Users who have previously self-excluded or to professional or syndicate bettors.
• One Bonus Per Household. Where a bonus is limited to one per customer, this restriction extends to one per household address, IP address, device, email address, and payment method.
• Game Contributions. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports bets, live casino games, slots, and togel draws may each carry different contribution percentages, which will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus balances will be removed from your Account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention. nota4d reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has exploited, abused, or attempted to manipulate a promotional offer — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated systems.
• Variation. nota4d reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where an offer is already in progress and has been accepted by a User in good faith.

All bets and game rounds placed on nota4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game type, or product. These rules are published within the Platform alongside the relevant betting market or game and form part of these Terms.

Sportsbook. All sports bets are settled in accordance with nota4d's published sportsbook settlement rules. nota4d reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) a fixture or event is affected by irregular activity, match irregularities, or investigations by a relevant sporting authority; (c) technical errors have occurred in odds pricing or bet acceptance; or (d) the integrity of the event is in question. Settled bets may be revised if a subsequent investigation reveals a result was achieved through corrupt means.

Live Casino. Live casino games provided through third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming) are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed at the table or within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the outcome recorded by the game server. nota4d is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the User's internet connection.

Slots & RNG Games. All slot and random number generator (RNG) games are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by certified RNG systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on nota4d are sourced from official draw outcomes. nota4d reserves the right to void any togel wager where a draw is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or where result integrity cannot be confirmed. Voided bets will be refunded to the User's Account balance.

nota4d provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration reminders that display an alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may place their Account in a cooling-off state for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, access to betting and deposit services is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the nota4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of nota4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction or redistribution of Platform content for commercial purposes; (b) modification or creation of derivative works; (c) systematic extraction or scraping of Platform data; or (d) reverse engineering of any software element of the Platform.

Any use of the nota4d name, logo, or brand marks without prior written consent from nota4d is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nota4d excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, game studios, or internet infrastructure;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, nota4d's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nota4d makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

nota4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nota4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and deliver the Services. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.

Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting nota4d customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following KYC verification, provided no outstanding investigations are in progress.

Termination by nota4d. nota4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other unlawful activity;
• Multi-accounting or systematic abuse of promotional offers;
• Use of automated systems, bots, or prohibited software to interact with the Platform;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is terminated by nota4d due to a confirmed breach, any balance held in the Account — including winnings — may be forfeited at nota4d's discretion pending the outcome of any investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nota4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer local jurisdiction rights that cannot be contractually waived.

If you are accessing nota4d from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific legal restrictions under Indonesian law. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. nota4d makes no representation that the Services are legal or available in every location from which the Platform is accessible.

nota4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nota4d will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any particular transaction or event will govern that transaction or event.
